I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were convenient, just a few steps from restaurants and bars and not far from Ayia Napa. The service was impeccable, with responsive and kind staff from Bulgaria offering various amenities like room service, car hire, and more. The location was fantastic, close to Nissi Beach and away from the crowded Town of Nightlife. The dining experience, although not exceptional, provided a decent selection, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel has a great location, very close to Nissi Beach, with clean and comfortable rooms. The service was very helpful, the dining experience mostly good but could use a bit more variety, and the location is excellent. However, the room felt cramped with three single beds, and the dining options ended early at 10 am.
I was a bit disappointed with the outdated rooms that were clean but need updating. However, the size was good once I finally got access after a delay. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel's location is superb, close to beautiful beaches and with nice bars and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was fantastic with delicious variety, but the breakfast could use more options. Overall, considering the facilities and location, it was a decent value for the money.
